Sometimes performance reviews or leadership courses aren’t enough. Sometimes what’s needed is something different:

That’s where I come in.
I offer one-to-one developmental talks for employees in companies who are serious about their business and their employees.
This is not therapy, and it’s not performance coaching (although performance always increases as a result) – it’s a coaching-based development process, tailored to the individual.
